We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

Delivery time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document. Normally, 1-2 working-day after the order is confirmed.

Delivery costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. *Customer in Phnom Penh: we offer free delivery if your order from 1 box (=3pcs) of Sanitizer or Hand Soaps. If QTY is smaller than 1 Box, customer needs to pay for delivery fee based on the location and standard delivery charges from (Grab or others).

Please note, <b> you will be responsible for all return shipping charges</b>. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. The return process will take at least 3 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return, exchange, or refund.
